Two Little Monkeys — Restaurant in Melbourne

Terrible service, the most rudest staff you could imagine. After waiting over 20 minutes for a menu/service, we were told off for using the code on the table to order - apparently it should have had a sticker covering it, but it didn't. All our drinks were "slammed" down in front of us & I mean "slammed". The staff were "so busy" but had plenty of time to chat and play with the dogs on the table next to us. Will never be back - message to owner, please check what your staff are doing at all times as they are awful to customers & you don't even realise! **I wasn't going to give you a review, as I don't like giving bad ones, but your girls were NOT busy as I stated, they were chatting, etc with people they knew & that's fine! But when your staff "slam" down our drinks, are surly at us for using the QR code & then downright rude towards us for actually saying something about the service - Social Media is needed as you the owner had no clue as to the behaviour of your staff. So NO you do not have great service! I've been there many times & sadly this was just an extremely awful experience of which I won't be back to experience again. Plenty...

Carmelo’s mum cracked me up 🤣 love the energy of the staff and definitely feels like a ‘local small business’. I noticed some impatient patrons annoyed by how long their meal took to come out but what can I say the Karen population here is high.

The drinks could be hotter, meals could be abit more evenly distributed but otherwise quite an enjoyable experience.

Other nit picky stuff (sorry Carmelo!!) - I think cafe would benefit from sound proof panels to help with sound distribution. Background for the mural could have some nice art to further highlight the...

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at Two Little Monkeys, and it was an unforgettable night! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional.

The food and cocktails were delicious and the espresso martini was definitely a crowd favourite!

Overall, Carmelo exceeded all our expectations for this milestone celebration. I can't thank the team enough for making my 40th birthday so special.
