It's a small shopping mall with 3 major chains such as ALDI, Coles and TK Max also clothing chains Autograph, Miller's and more.

No time to shop Warringal has 2 butchers a convenient fresh green grocer and a fish Munger who offers fish and chips seriously you can not get fresher fish and chips than that.

Visit the florist buy a ready made boutique of flowers fruit baskets etc from, for that special someone, or feeling lucky have crack buy a Tatslotto ticket at the Tatts Agency,

After school snacks or lunches visit baker's Delight, sick family or a gift visit My Chemist, then sit down for a Coffee or other beverage before that quick air cut no appointment nessessary while you wait have a browse for that great book at the best and cheapest book shop in town. Kids lost your spare set of keys put your copy in to the locksmith and have a massage while you wait or a manicure or pedicure, after that visit the tobacconist or have the phone repaired, and so much more. And their is ample parking underground keep your car cool in summer and...

There's really little to love about this shopping centre. I go there reluctantly when I need a Coles/ALDI combination because the carpark underneath it is quite possibly the worst carpark, ever. Even the Victoria Gardens tight/twisted entries look good next to this tight uneven/one-way/which-way? mess.

Then once you get inside the centre, it's like you've taken a step into the 70's or 80's. It is literally frozen in time. Completely dull, devoid of life or style, and literally begging to be demolished and turned into a high-rise set of apartments like one sees in Zetland (Sydney) with hopefully as good a shopping centre underneath as their East Village. Harsh, but true. I mean, they're not even trying to improve the place in over the decade since we moved near here, so it's clearly destined for a knock-down. In fact, I'd be surprised if this doesn't happen in the next 5 years, since high-rises are popping up along Burgundy Street like a runny nose at childcare through winter...

Love this shopping centre it has everything and so clean friendly staff. However I went to get my hearing aids fixed today and brought 4 items from Aldis then I went down into the carpark which my car and a 4 wheel drive was facing Rosanna rd,where I was sitting in my car just about ready to have my coffee ☕️ I turned on my navigation on my phone which I put on its cradle then I put my garmin navigation on. When I looked on the garmin map it showed a red symbol with 3 circles, so I asked the trolley boy about cameras and ge said they only have security cameras. As I got back into my vehicle I reversed out and started to head towards the entrances as drove 10 steps I heard my garmin go off and then the red symbol disappeared, it made me nervous, then I thought well there's a exit on my left to Rosanna rd and an exit going straight ahead to burgandy St. Can I get booked for sitting in my car and a car park 😩...
