Usually OK, but won't ever be ordering from here again after today. Ordered a Pad Graprao and Pad Thai via Uber Eats this evening (delivery to Ivanhoe East).

Pad Thai was fine.

Pad Graprao was virtually tasteless and not even close to the usual standard I've had from them in the past.

I rang them tonight to provide feedback on this, and the lady basically said it may be due to the type of basil they were supplied and noted that the basil they are supplied sometimes varies, and that this somehow might justify the different taste. Sorry, but this is just pathetic. Your livelihood is cooking and quality control is just part of the job. Shifting the blame onto your suppliers is just poor form. Not only that, but you offered no recourse for this experience. Really bad management.

There are no second chances when you act this way to customers... particularly when they take them time to provide...

I don't like writing negative reviews, but although they were a lovely, friendly family, we were very disappointed with the food and it was expensive for what we got (small serves). The curry barely tasted like it was Thai. It was watery (from a packet? or a bottle?) and filled with boiled frozen (Western) basic vegetables - crinkle cut carrots, sliced beans and frozen peas. I couldn't taste any Thai herbs or spices. Perhaps this type of food appeals to Westerners who haven't tried authentic Thai food? Anyway, it was nearly $50 for two tiny mains so I won't be returning. After a long wait, visited this place. Is a medium size restaurant on main street with nice ambience. We ordered roti chicken roll, gang masamman with jasmine rice and my favourite chicken pad thai. Starter came within time and was good. The only problem with it was that the roll was not holding properly and opening up. Taste wise was good and the satay sauce to die for.
