Heidelberg Pickles and Pappads — Local services in Melbourne

I have recently relocated to Eaglemount and have become a frequent visitor to this store. The two girls working there excel in customer service. The South Indian girl, in particular, stands out for her professionalism and genuine suggestions. Her extensive knowledge makes each visit easy and pleasant. She actively engages with customers, going beyond the typical service by sharing a successful sweet recipe – a delightful surprise! The store is well-managed with neatly arranged aisles, creating a positive atmosphere. The combination of the store's excellent arrangement and the staff's excellence, especially the South Indian girl, has genuinely earned them a loyal customer in me. This is the first-ever time I took some time to post a review.

I miss the friendly ambiance of the store; the absence of the familiar old staff and the once neatly arranged aisles is noticeable. Instead, the store now appears disorganized, with items haphazardly stuffed onto shelves. It's disappointing to see the decline in presentation and the loss of the inviting atmosphere that made shopping here enjoyable...

So rude and very expensive definitely a big no no to this store, asked to change the product before payment but that uncle said it is in the system already and did not change it. He intentionally scanned it while we were deciding and said cannot cancel the scan. How ridiculous ripping off.

Stock is there no doubt but the new receptionist girl is too rude... just I asked for my balance she had already given but got confused... then I checked I front of her it was there and I said please don’t mind I am sorry it’s my fault she yelled like anything, got rude and threw box of my stuff in table.... She even doesn’t help to find stuff in case we don’t get... Kindly ensure she does behave well....I am buying groceries for 1 year from here never got any girl like her...
