AGHA Juice Cranbourne — Restaurant in Melbourne

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to Agha juice today, and the guy who served me, didn't let me taste then ice cream. I wanted to taste the ice cream and order it. So hence I am the customers! He said that I am not the customer because I wanted to taste the ice cream! Made me wait 20 minutes. I came with 5 other people, all of who ordered juices, and he still made me wait 20 minutes. Later said this is my store and my wish. He said if you write a review I'll teach you a lesson and said you better don't write a review. So bascially he Firstly yelled at me, insulted me, and then even threatened me to not write a review! Worst customer service and actually a scary...

Usually a great fan of aha juice, but my first time in Cranbourne store was an utter mistake. Not and going back again and I do not recommend to anyone. I brought 3 shakes and 2 kulfis, one of the shakes was in a smaller glass than I ordered and I asked him to be changed. He offered me a $1 refund but I insisted on the larger glass. He went inside (no blender sound ) came back with a large glass. This particular shake looks a bit watery than the other two and taste like frozen water. I'am not sure what he did, but he shouldn't charge $9 for that product, also source your product with good quality. Thanks for the great service...

First time customer 18/10/25 - ordered the banana milkshake and Kit Kat milkshake. The banana definitely could’ve been colder as it was quite warm but the Kit Kat was really good.

Usually I’d give 5 stars however the customer service really disappointed me. There was no greeting not even when ordering just silence. It felt quite awkward. Hopefully this was just a certain staff issue and not how the environment usually is as I’d love to come here...
