Sweet'n — Local services in Merriwa

Someone just posted a horrible review of this INCREDIBLE local small business which enraged me enough to jump on and write a Google review which I've never done before. The comment read: "The service is horrible, on their website states that waiting time for emails response is 5 working days. After small communication on instagram i was forwarded to put my enquire on their website. However from Saturday to Saturday no any reply".

Anyone who wants an amazing cake is smart enough to realise that if the cake maker is busy every single week they are killing it and their cakes are incredible. If you're planning a party or event, most people with common sense would reach out at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to the event to order a cake, giving the incredible, one-woman, small business owner a chance to respond, confirm specific details and add to the specific week or weekend needed for planning/baking. This small business owner posts almost every single day with updates on how she's tracking, what the weekend of cakes looks like and will always put if she needs extra time for responses on social media & mentions everywhere to go through her website and not DM via social media. If you need an immediate cake or response within a week how about hitting your local cheesecake shop, not dragging a small business who is killing it and sort after. These cakes are the absolute BEST! Worth every penny and worth planning in advance for a special event. Taisha's cakes are not only stunning to look at but the most delicious-tasting cakes I've ever had! She made us 3 cakes plus cupcakes for the dietary guests for our wedding on the weekend and we couldn't be happier with what she created. The colours and decoration was exactly what I had asked for and had guests gushing. We were lucky enough to have different flavours for our cakes - cookies & cream, biscoff and chocolate with raspberry coulis. Everything was perfect. I cannot recommend Sweet’n enough! From start to finish, Taisha was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every detail of the cake was perfect. The design was absolutely stunning, with such intricate and beautiful detailing. Not only did the cake look amazing, but it tasted just as incredible! Every bite was delicious, and I could tell how much care and effort went into making it.
