Finished a couple of policies and membership only to find out that they now have cancellation fees. Never mentioned once during application processes and when I tried to find details. Was not able to locate any mentioned of a cancellation fee. No doubt to cover themselves it will be in the documentation, but not easily located. I am not surprised as most people over 50 wont be either. This is just typical of an Adelaide Steamship run business now. My original membership started 40 years...

Very average over all! A young driver rammed my ute , tail gate light etc destroyed.He claimed to be insured. Turned out a lie. I provided his licence number name etc to RACQ they claimed that they could not locate the fellow. He is on social media. So after 3 months went by a call came from RAQC claims saying they would not pay...
