KFC Murwillumbah — Restaurant in Murwillumbah

We have just been through the drive thru and I have to say it was the worst example of customer service I have experienced in quite some time. The girl who took our order didn't even greet us and basically said what do you want, then didn't bother to ask if there was anything else other than the pack we began our order with - my husband had to quickly say we also wanted a couple of sides. When we got to the payment/collection window, again no greeting or friendliness, just the amount our order came to. We gave the guy a $50 note and the correct coin so we could get a neat $30 in notes back - instead, he handed back all our coin plus the additional coin change, as he was clearly too lazy to count the coin we'd given. On top of that we got home and the large potato and gravy was only half full of gravy, so little the two mounds of potato were sticking out like mountains - the whole reason for ordering potato and gravy is for the gravy!! On all previous occasions I have purchased from this KFC store the food has been of extremely poor quality. Be it the length of cooking or standing time, freshness, flavour, taste or quality of product, it has disappointed gravely. The last time, just recently, I was coerced by my wife to detour into the drive-thru for her fix of the oily substance. A 3 piece box was the order of the day and I proceeded for an inspection. Looked alright as it usually does, though it did look especially fresh. As I was feeding the devouring mouth strapped into the baby seat out back, I snuck in a bite of chicken and a chip. Worst service I have ever had. I asked for fresh chips said I didn’t mind waiting and they still gave me cold chips. When I went back in to tell them the server argued and said they were fresh then tipped the chips I gave back into the chip tray for someone else. I also told the manager that outside was disgusting and needed to be cleaned as every table was dirty and the floor had rubbish everywhere.
