The Balcony Restaurant — Restaurant in Murwillumbah

After a lousy pub meal on first night, went to Balcony night 2, and went back night 3. Happens we'll be back next weekend. For two dinners, naturally.

Well, we were there weekend just gone, Dinner Thursday night, fairly empty, but it was a cold night, then dinner of Friday night. Warmer, and the place was packed.

Still great food, great service. Rode the railtrail each time, so we won't be back for some time. Sadly.

Fresh & tasty meals, delicious, thoughtfully prepared. Good range of food options. Unbelievable value. We had Saturday lunch - Vege Halloumi stack, fresh salmon special and calamari salad. All lovely, I recommend any of them. Portions are super generous at the price point - full meal at entree price. And fresh, nothing stodgy. We had the most amazing night at The Balcony! The chef was super versatile dealing with a range of dietary requirements for our function, put up some amazing dishes including vegetarian, gluten free and the best steak I have ever digested. On top of this the staff were so hospitable, attentive and wonderful and did just about whatever they could to make our evening special.
