Phil is a community butcher who goes above and beyond for all his customers in many ways. We recently had him organise a lamb rotisserie which completely blew us away! All we had to do was drop off the metal pole and he wrapped it and even did the dry rub, meaning all we had to do was put it straight on the BBQ! Not only was this absolutely fantastic, but we also loved watching him teach a young local boy whilst we were being served on the weekend.
