Terrible experience with Steve Costis in Northbridge. As a 15 year local resident, it’s clear the only reason to go here is convenience. Product quality is average and pricing is ridiculously expensive - compared to the fish market.

This weekend we were in a rush and needed specific items to make dinner for 12 of us - a big , expensive order of shellfish. We paid for our wrapped product, and headed off to our friends up the coast ready to make a special dinner.

On opening the packages, of course it was completely different to we ordered and paid for. Long story short - the dinner was ruined. Mistakes are made -totally get that - but how the Northbridge plaza Steve Costis manager dealt with the mistake / it was brought to his attention, and on requesting a full refund, is the real issue here. Rude, aggressive, disingenuous, and completely unprofessional. We got the refund - but not before receiving a massive serve from him.

The issue is not the mistake. It was how he dealt with it. But honestly it just underscores how poor this business is and why we never ever buy here. Complacent, low quality, over priced. Drive to the fish market...

My wife recently bought the fish and chips with salad barramundi for dinner. The fish was at best - 'ordinary' the chips were the worst I have EVER eaten.As for the salad, it was'pathetic'. The lettuce was stale and soggy and the other ingredients were no better. If this is the best you can do, could you call it quits?

The Above review was written over a year ago .This time I am referring to the SALMON RISSOLES. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. My wife purchased them today, (Saturday 1st November,2025) and we ate them for dinner. The composition of the ingredients would have to be 1% SALMON (the salmon were little flakes) and 99% FILLER. What a rip off. Seriously, how can you have the hide to treat people with such contempt. The previous operators were hopeless as per my original review. It appears that you lot are no better....
