The service at Bai Yok Castlecrag is impeccable. We come here for large group events, dinners as a family and have takeaways occasionally. I have issues with egg whites and asked for the Thai fried rice to be with egg yolk only. The lovely lady said they would try their best - and they did. Been awhile since we’ve been here. We have followed them from Crows Nest many many years. Quality seems to have declined especially the smaller serve of the Tom Yum soup in a cup and Gai Yang was overcooked with 3 thin slices of chicken. They used to be leading and promoting Thai cuisine and I feel that it’s sad they have lost their shine. $400 for 6 people for 2 types entrees for 6 and 1 soup. Mains ordered were 6 dishes. Still...
