Corner mart Ezymart — Local services in Sydney

The most horrifying and unsafe experience I’ve ever had at a store. Upon arriving at EZ Mart on Crown Street at 11:30 PM to pick up a pre-arranged key for my Airbnb, my partner and I were met with not only rudeness but outright aggression from the staff member. Despite the advertised hours clearly stating the store was open until 12:00 AM, he abruptly declared he was closing and claimed I was ‘lucky’ he even gave me the key.

When we calmly pointed out the operating hours on Google, the situation took a shocking turn. The staff member became enraged, shouting at us aggressively. He then followed us out of the store, attempting to provoke a physical altercation in the middle of the street. His behavior was so erratic and hostile that we feared for our safety and had to leave quickly to avoid further escalation.

This level of aggression and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one designated as a key collection point for Airbnb guests. Management urgently needs to investigate this staff member and address his dangerous conduct. This was an absolutely appalling experience, and I would strongly caution anyone against visiting...

This is one of the worst convenience stores I’ve ever been to. The staff are unbelievably rude and act like helping customers is a burden. The store is stocked with overpriced items and you can count on these guys to scam you when it comes to prices. The vibe is tense and uncomfortable, like they don’t even want you there.
