Ward Park inhabitants represent the local eclectic community, from the well heeled erudite debonair sophisticated yuppie types to the more genteel public housing residents who some might incorrectly profess to being the underclass until you discover much more when you scratch the surface. Then you have the real dregs of society such as drug dealers and elements of the criminal underworld where the local police keep a respectful eye on the ongoing.
