We never said we were unhappy with the wait time, we simply said we should’ve been told prior to ordering which is actually commonplace in most restaurants. You rudely responded you cook everything fresh and that we can have a refund if we want UNPROVOKED. We simply said we wish we were told prior to ordering. If that is the customer service you are so proud of you should make an assessment on how your tone and attitude may come off to paying customers. Started with lamb ribs. Ordered a 6pack but ended up eating half of my mates ribs too. It was fall off the bone. We had ordered chips too. It was double fried with a beautiful seasoning. Then ventured into their hotdog roll. Long soft roll with hotdog, egg, beef bacon and onion. Now that was another WOW factor. It's another thing to post a customer's face online seeking some sort of reaction or clarification from people about who is in the wrong and right. Your response to the lady that gave the review was enough to tell anyone that your ego overrides your ability to take any sort of criticism and responsibility.
