I have had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased the chocolate brown quilt cover set. I washed the sheets on a cold wash on receiving them only to discover faint orange discolouring across the pillowcases and quilt. It is very obvious that the undertone colour of the chocolate is orange. I sent pictures and was told I had caused it with bleach. I don’t use any bleach products in my home. I even sent them to be reviewed and they said nobody has experienced this and they reject that it has been caused by poor colouring rather my doing. I completely disagree and dispute this accusation.
