I recently discovered this cafe and it has changed my life! Their menu has such a great selection, and the coffee's always taste amazing. However, the ham and cheese panino is the true star of the cafe, the flavours are impeccable, it's toasted to crispy perfection and the amazing cheese pull is guaranteed to make your mouth water. I always tell people that you have to try this panino, it will truely change your life! Discovered this gem when waiting for a client in St Vincent’s Hospital. Tucked away at the end of Greens Rd off of Sth Dowling, we managed to find parking in Greens Rd and wandered down that beautiful road to the cafe. Gallery right next door. The cafe offered a scrumptious looking array of food and did not disappoint on serving. Amazing Vongole and Heavenly Garlic Bread!

Arthouse Cafe in Paddington is an absolute gem! I gotta give it five stars for the incredible Vongole dish they serve. The combination of spicy chili, loads of clams, and perfectly cooked spaghetti is just mind-blowing. Seriously, it's like a taste of heaven!
