way away from the expected experience we had booked at this place based on the reference from a close friend during the party, some of the extremely negative points to mention: no air conditioning at this place, Don't know if the air-conditioning works at this place or not, but it was not running during the entire duration of the party It was over 40C on 3rd Jan and seems the staff was expecting it to be good enough not to run the ACs All the guests were extremely uncomfortable and sweating badly, All the kids were sweating badly even before going to the play area All the parents were very concerned about their kids getting sick due to the extreme hot environment in there Some of the guest had left very early, even half way during the party due to this, creating a very bad impression for us. When I complained about the air-conditioning not running, mr. lee replied, it was not expected for the temp to go so high and they were not prepared for it. You guys must have told us at the time of booking that AC won't be running, we surely would not have booked at this place. Bad place to book during summers, seems inflatables people dont bother about customer's and their guest's well being at all. one of the very close and dear guest family approached us complaining about the attention of the staff from inflatables. There were small kids playing at the jumping castles in the play area and there was no staff present in the play area to keep a watch on them (not a single one inside the play area) One of the small kids got his leg tangled and since there was no staff in the play area, that child's mum had to go-ahead and help her child, one of the staff member came rushing in the play area and asked the mum that if she want go up (even to help the child) she will have to get a wrist band (obviously, at cost) The mum replied, 'if you guys don't want the child to be helped by their parents by climbing up the inflatable, then why you people are not around and present while small kids are playing. this means you want the kids to injure themselves while playing. you are preventing parents to help the kids when you must be there to watch the kids.' Also, if you are so concerned about parents going up the jumping castle (to help their kids, when the staff is not present) then you are supposed to come to me and not go ahead and confront the guest. If you are doing that you are creating an unfriendly impression and embarrassing situation for me within my social circle. mr lee came up to me asking for the kids to not make noise, that too when they were at a party place. are you actually out of your mind ? it is a party place for kids and you are asking them to keep it down, that's silly that's their time to party and enjoy and that's a party place dude, I won't ask them to go quiet :-| they WILL NOT keep it down, you are paid for that arrangement We are not inviting our guests to be uncomfortable, unattended or get injured by your negligence but for having a great experience at the party, which was totally missing. Overall a unexpected and a very uncomfortable experience, surely won't book again or recommend to anyone. response to your reply: If this is part of party package, all these 4 free tickets for the adults must have been provided to me while we were at the venue (even without we asking for it) You never told about it and never even provided these 4 ticket to us. Rather, your staff went ahead and started confronting my guests straight away, which is certainly not acceptable. You have prevented one of the offerings of the booking from us for which you were paid. Along with that, you created an embarrassing situation for us with our guests. Age of the kids does not become an excuse for your staff not to be present inside the play area. Details of all exclusions must have been provided at the time of booking itself and not expect every guest to hunt about your do's and don't's at some xyz website. WORST place to have a party;

1.Staff had a very rude attitude overall. 2.He asked my guests to pay for the balance 10min after arrival though he knew I was the parent. 3.He also handed my guests a trash bag and told them to clean after themselves. 4.Had about 30 people, they served 1of the smallest jugs of water only with no cups and after I asked them several times. For the whole time of party, cake was not put in the fridge as it was melting and extremely sticky when cutting 6.Staff have zero manners, communication skills and customer service skills. 7.I have sent them an email with this bad experience and received no reply. Place is very dirty, stinky and unworthy.

We have never been ther however we been to other locations and thought this should be a reputable place similarly to the others UNFORTUNATELY it is the WORST. Most definitely not going back there again. Other locations are of higher quality and standards.

UPDATE: So unprofessional of you to have blocked comments to your replies but I can see why. You have evaded the real issues to give a general information irrelated to the problems. This is not a general enquiry review. My review still stands and it's even worse after your very poor reply. It seems the issues are present in this location because of owner/management who care about the parts which are suitable for them to look like a good business and did not do anything wrong but evade the real problems so you don't face your failure and improve your business. ATTN PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HIRE THIS PLACE FOR BIRTHDAYS. DONT DO IT.

I paid $250 (under the impressioni was allocated the entire left side for my party) miscommunication. $250 only gives you half a side 1 row of tables. When discussed he asked me how many kids will be in the group i said 12 but there will be 15.+ adults. They only gave me enough space for kids and i had to try and find a space for my adult guest. When i arrived there was already a party happening i had to wait for my time to start setting up. My guests arrived and i was still trying to set up. My party was up to 5pm and i was told at 10 to 5 to start cleaning up to leave at 5 on the dot. The owners were ao rude and not accommodating....
