I booked a marriage proposal and all I can is WOW WOW WOW, everyone was absolutely unbelievable so kind and so professional to assist me in such a special day . There was some doubt that it would go Ahead due to weather . & they always kept me updated with calls and text messages and finally it got the go ahead thanks to Charlotte and Jenni . Well when we got there we were greeted and made to feel very comfortable and then our boat driver Craig picked us up and kept my partner occupied with conversation so she didn’t expect anything , Craig dropped us to Store beach and also took videos and photos which was amazing of my proposal . The scene set was just amazing with everything in pictures exactly perfect from the heart in the sand and picnic set up and beautiful platter . Throughout the 4 hours they checked up on us to see if there was anything we needed Thankyou Craig you’re amazing mate .

You guys are all fantastic and we will definitely be back Thankyou for making the day the best day ever and I recommend if you are proposing do this and you will not be...

Unprofessional staff and processes! I never write reviews but was disappointed with our experience with Manly Kayak Staff.

We found out at 9am that our 9am booking had to be delayed by 1hour because the weather was bad the night before. Although it was perfectly fine weather at 9am. In addition I was blamed because Manly Kayak didn't take my number when I booked so they couldn't call me. Instead they sent an email 26minutes prior.... unacceptable people. I travelled an hour to get there and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only person travelling this type of length in Sydney.

Considering the weather is a key factor for kayaking and if it was going to be an issue alert people with bookings 24hours prior so they can plan accordingly.

Really poor effort guys would have expected a bit more foresight and consideration of your paying customers. If weather truely was an issue you could have at least had someone at the stand at 9am to let us know in person as opposed to the customer chasing up...

This was hands down the best kayaking experience ever :) only regret is that we didn’t go for longer. I booked for a double kayak with my friend, and we went for an hour. Craig was the person who helped us with the experience, and he was so kind and welcoming. My friend and I were terrible rookies at kayaking, but Craig took us through everything we needed to know so thoroughly, informatively and engagingly. Please ask for this man if you ever have a chance of kayaking here!!

We thought it was going to be hard at first, but we soon found it super easy half way through the sesh and wanted our own single kayaks. We were worried we had to pay extra for the individual ones, but Craig was kind and willing enough to let us swap with no fuss. Such an encouraging man! The pricing was also sooo worth it and cheap - 10/10 recommend this place!!
