Peter's of Kensington — Local services in Sydney

Entered the store at 10:10am, 2 staff and 2 customers. One staff serving one customer with a big order, very nice, and seems to be going through and confirming the order with the customer, so I waited in line.

There was another staff behind the counter, seems oblivious to my existence, looking out the window and rolling up his sleeves. 5min later, the busy staff asked if it would be possible for him to service me as I'm waiting to pick up my online order. All of a sudden he notices my existence, and slowly and calmly ask what he can help me with.

If only this staff member was clued in as the other, I might give a higher star rating.

Excellent customer service. I just want give praise to one of the lady served me today (didnt catch her name), she just went above and beyond. I ordered online pickup from the Barangaroo store and ready to be picked the following day (very glad with how fast their service is). During the collection, the lady staff thoroughly check each of every glass to ensure no chip during the shipment (thumbs up) and also provided me with the carry back without being asked. It wasnt just about the service but because she acted during the busy period and treated the customer with appreciation....

Just went to collect my online order. Everything in the shop was beautifully displayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager lady sounded very knowledgeable—I heard her introducing and recommending products to other customer while I was waiting. It looked like the gentleman who helped my collection was still new but he was a life saver! Very careful! He checked my mini casserole before handing it over to me, and found it was broken. (I didn’t even think about checking it!) So they immediately ordered a replacement for me....
