Richards Kebabs — Local services in Sydney

Should be renamed Richard’s super slow food. Placed an order for a chicken kebab, fish and chips and Gozleme. Paid for the order and waited over an hour and still didn’t get my food. I wasn’t informed that that there was going to be a delay. When I inquired about it they kept saying that they are working on it. The old man at the till didn’t know what customer service was and had no clue about taking orders. When I inquired about my food he had the audacity to ask me what was I waiting on. Never going back again, waste of time and money. I cancelled the order and didn’t get a refund. The old man didn’t even feel guilty...

The food was below average, it took almost 30min a there was no one before us.

Burgers & kebab were very bland not much flavour.

The chips were horrible they tasted like they were cold and re fried to warm up.

If you’re in Campbeltown do yourself a favour and avoid the place, it’s incorrectly reviewed here. We spent almost $60 and my expectations were high as when I’m in Sydney I expect great takeaway food with so many options but don’t bother here. I’d recommend El Janna’s over this any-day...

Ordered a chicken kebab. It’s not my first time ordering here. Today, I noticed the price had gone up a little which I didn’t mind as I always thought he deserves it. Yet, today I realised that the kebab was quite floppy due to not enough content + not pressed down in sandwich machine long enough and didn’t feel filled up after eating as usual. Maybe I am just little sensitive or being unlucky but I am really concerned if the portion size is going down while price is going up due to inflation. I know he does way better than this. Hope things are going alright...
