First time there. Came here for dinner with mum two weekends ago. Service is horrible. Waiters are unapologetic.

Some staffs looked unprofessional there was a male person with long hair constantly touching his hair with every service and chewing a gum like a goat.

Anyways our waiter for the night seemed to be from indian descent . So We asked if our menus can be altered etc since we are vegetarian. In entrƩe we wanted to have spicy creamy corn soup instead of chicken and sweet corn soup. She was like i dont know i have to ask kitchen staffs(fair enough) so she went to ask and kitchen staffs said yes they can alter the menu.

And as for mains we ordered vegetables chow mein & spicy veg fried rice.

Our food came as followed; 1st entrĆ©e. clear vegetable broth soup and wen i asked the waiter what happened to spicy creamy corn soup, there is not a single corn in here ;shes like idont know let me check. Never appologised just stood there listening(as if she cared) than She went to the kiosk to check but never came back. šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø.

2nd item for mains was also wrong order came for chowmein(couldnt complain since they were avoiding our table). So instead of chowmein we got crispy noodles & veges.

As for the 3rd item for mains we asked for spicy veg fried rice. It came as bland as. Had to ask for chillies.

When we were done with dinner than our first initial waiter came to clear the table and all this time during dinner service she avoided us for giving wrong order.

& Later while paying the bill we hadto find out the hard way that they got us charged for chillies as well which even wasn't worth $2.50.

Won't...

Our first time eating here and unfortunately it was a very pleasant experience. The tables were squeezed in together it was very hard to be seated properly at our table which had to be picked up so i could squeeze into the seat. When the waiter finally came to take our order we asked a question about the entree and he didn't understand the basic question of if the order had meat in it or not. Our main meal came out which looked like it had been dumped on the plate, it was luke warm, then I asked where our entree was and he didn't know, I asked 3 waiters the same question and noone knew, the large group of people next to us started commenting on the fact our entree wasn't served yet and how bad the service was which I fully agreed with. When the entree finally arrived at the end of the meal it wasn't what was ordered so I called the waitress and explained it wasn't what we ordered and had to explain it twice as she didn't understand. Eventually the order came out as we were ready to leave. Then we joined the line at the counter to pay which was task within itself. The restaurant was hot and uncomfortable, it was crowded, the food service wasn't very good, they weren't able to serve Alcohol as we were told they didn't have a licence for whatever reason and for the price of the dish we ordered I expected something better presented and heated. Overall our experience wasn't very enjoyable and I personally won't be going back to eat there but it's up to individual to decide as this is only our experience on the night...

Absolutely disgusting experience. I am of Cantonese descent and the yumcha was definitely not freshly made. Cha Siu Sou buns were reheated in the microwave.

Service was really bad, and we asked to cancel the rest of the order and only pay what had come out as the food was not presenting well and not fresh.

The owner came out and asked me to look in the kitchen to show me it is freshly steamed. I told her I didn’t want to have the rest of the order and that the baked buns should be flakey not doughy.

Har gow prawn dumplings were white in corner and the pastry was falling off from over steaming. The prawn filling was a ball of glue.

I reiterated the issue and asked to cancel the rest of the order and the owner argued with me and told me she had made it and they had running costs and that we had to pay for it.

We did not eat anything else and paid the whole order of $56 and at 3 dumplings each!

The cook, who was likely the husband came out and spoke to me in Mandarin to tell me it isn’t a money issue and that everything was fresh. I told him we weren’t happy with the food at all and paid and left.

The customer service lady, who I think was Filipina was deeply apologetic and lovely. She was trying her best but other than that the whole experience was horrendous.

These people should not have a restaurant! The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chinese restaurant ever.

They should be ashamed of themselves as their food does not reflect Cantonese food that I...

Give this YUM CHA a try. We went for lunch today and it was delicious, hot and fresh! No trolleys, just order off the menu and it is all freshly cooked. I love yum cha but to be honest I got sick of the trolley coming round still trying to get rid of selections that have been sitting there for ages and are just warm when you get it. The two young waitresses and Ling were a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent friendly service. Dishes are as good as Cabramatta or the city so don’t travel. Support a local business to keep this yum cha going. There aren’t many options in campbelltown and I have tried them all and been disappointed. I haven’t found anything local that I have liked until today. I can’t wait to go back

The Yum Cha was YUMMMMM. I will say this is the best yumcha place in the area (even though there are only 2 places that offers Yumcha around here) . Definately coming back for yumcha !! Price and portion was reasonable. Main course was average. Ordered the sweet and sour pork (average, hugh portion), BBQ pork chow mein (average taste , normal portion). Only negative point - DON'T ORDER WHOLE FISH. We ordered deep fried Founder ($35) , fish was probably frozen and the batter was hard on the outside and not cooked on the inside. (Too disappointed to even take a photo) Overall was good and will come back. Just need to remember not to order fish
