Talent Buy Asian Supermarket — Local services in Sydney

Bought coconut juice from them today. And it tasted off. The juice/milk was sour and curd like in texture. Went back within 30mins of purchase and asked for a refund. The lady at checkout counter pointed at a sign saying no refund. I told her that this is not safe to be consumed. She still refused to admit that it’s a faulty product, and indicated that it’s my problem when it’s sold. She then asked for another staff for help and the second staff offered exchange. I told him that the product is not safe to be consumed and I would like to return it. He then went to check with his boss for the final refund in cash. Just purchased 2 cups ice cream, but changed mind at the counter, since the cashier already charged from the credit card, so I requested to have the refund, the cashier refused to refund and claimed it's company`s policy. I said the ice cream never leave the shop and I already pointed out I didn't want the ice cream straight after she charged my credit card. I finally got my refund but she already kept me in the shop for 20mins, I can't believe this kind of service nowaday still exists in Australia, they even asked me to buy same worth of goods to make up for the refund, I am totally speechless and definitely won't recommend this...

I got most I need at this store. Not the best Asian store surrounding but they have what I need most of them.

Update: The owner has changed to an Indian owner. The bottles/jars sections on the right side (2 aisles) has been changed to Indian items. A lot of them are placed unstructured on the front racks on the bottom which is hard to find and see. It used to be my favourite place to shop for Asian items but I think I'll change to Tongli at Blacktown Westpoint for now.
