⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fresh, fast, and always delicious — my go-to spot for sushi in Rouse Hill!
Sushi Densha Rouse Hill is hands down one of the best local Japanese spots if you’re craving fresh sushi with quick service and a great variety. I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and it’s consistently been a 10/10 experience.
Food Quality: The sushi is incredibly fresh and well-prepared every time. I usually order the Salmon Avocado Rolls and the Baby Cucumber Rolls, and they’re always beautifully made — clean cuts, perfectly seasoned rice, melt-in-your-mouth salmon, and crisp cucumber. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and they don’t fall apart like some takeaway sushi places.
Beyond the basics, their menu also has an impressive selection of nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls, hot food, and bento boxes — all prepared with care and never overly greasy or soggy. If you dine in, the sushi train setup is fun and constantly stocked with fresh plates.
Service: Staff are efficient, polite, and super professional, even during busy times. Takeaway orders are packed neatly, and I’ve never had to wait long — even during peak lunch hours. They handle Uber Eats and in-person orders at the same time without skipping a beat.
Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The store is always clean and well-maintained, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeaway. The sushi train area is spotless, and plates are cleared quickly. It’s a relaxed, casual environment that’s perfect for a quick lunch, casual dinner, or a solo sushi stop.
Value: Portions are generous for the price, especially compared to other sushi spots in shopping centres. Everything tastes super fresh, and you really get your money’s worth. The value is even better when you buy in combo packs or select from the train.

Read moreEver since sushi musa took over from sushi Bay, the service has been terrible and the wait times for dood has been disgusting. I have let it slide each time and keep going back as the food is good however tonight was another level.
We got there at 6.30, waited till a table was ready at 6.50. Ordered off the menu straight away to avoid delays.. We waited half an hour for a food before we asked where it was. Was told it'd be another 20mins. After 30mins, our order came with missing items. When we asked where they were , We were told should be coming soon.. We waited another 20 mins before asking for our missing items only to be told they've actually sold out.
When the waiter was confronted with the wait time and how ridiculous it had been that we were waiting for something that was never coming and no one Informed us of this despite our multiple asks, he yelled at us saying 'what do you want me to do, I earn...

Fine. It’s annoying that we missed the train for an unnecessary wait, and no warning before the wait.
Having the restaurant allow you in while they start packing up everything around you is disgraceful.
If this place wants everything finished and closed by 9, then they don’t really close at 9. They should close at 8 and start closing down after people leave.
They pretty much just invite us in to pick up a scrap or two of what’s leftover to save on cost. We would have gone somewhere else.
Photo is of the staff taking the bin past the customers at 8:40 as they were doing all their post closure task while the restaurant was still...
