I simply asked — respectfully — if the order could be handled over the phone, to which your staff agreed. I have been a loyal customer of your bakery for the past 10 years. Our family has always chosen your beautiful cakes to celebrate birthdays, special occasions, and memorable events.
However, I feel the need to bring a concerning experience to your attention. On two separate occasions, I was served by one of your staff members, Sangeeta, and unfortunately, both interactions left me very disappointed. Her manner of communication was rude and dismissive, and I felt my inquiries were met with arrogance and a lack of respect. On both occasions, I felt belittled and uncomfortable, which is not the experience I expect from a place we hold in such high regard.
