A nice little restaurant near chesterhill station. It's modest and simple.

In summer it can get really hot inside if you dine in. The front door stays open and the Aircon is then pretty much useless. In the afternoon it faces the afternoon sun and gets really stuffy.

Dining area is a bit cramped, the tables and chairs are ok. The cutlery and napkins are self serve. You are simply served the food and you get what ever cutlery you require from the front left of the restaurant.

The food is made with passion. It tastes really nice. The chef is consistent and strives for satisfaction. The food is tasty and fresh.

It doesn't try to be something it isn't, that's what I like about it. It's simple, clean and tasty food. The prices are reasonable and the service is very good.

Recently, I had a dine in treat at Zambeekas in Chester Hill that is conveniently located across Chester Hill train station and is therefore accessible even by public transport. It is worth to mention though, that Zambeekas does order delivery as well. I ordered the Pilaf, a healthy grilled chicken breast cooked with the zesty tangy lemon sauce that I find so delicious with it perfect blending of exotic spices that exude that aroma and flavour soothing to the delicate palette. Then, I got the quarter chicken meal and really loved the way the chips are cooked, so crispy and spruced mildly with chicken salt that tickles one's appetite.
