El Jannah Chicken Chester Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

Went to the new chesterhill location... at the time I went it wasn't busy there was myself waiting and 1 uber driver.. I ordered $100 worth of food. I specifically asked for it to be made fresh I asked for them to cut my chicken into 8 and I was completely ignored as I received everything completely cold, stale and my chicken wasn't cut.

I'm a regular customer and always spend alot of money but I will not be returning the food was absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe how old and unappealing the food was. My simple requests were ignored and denied and they basically served me up what ever was sitting in the glass window. Heavily disappointed and won't be returning again. I called Eljannah headquarters which is in another country to be told to take my food back out of the bin and take it back to eljannah for fresh...

Came in here twice now hoping the second time would be different,but nope. First time there were staff standing around doing nothing but having a convo amongst themselves and sighed heavily when realising they had a customer. Chicken was slightly pink still so it was thrown out because we didnt want to deal with the staff again and interrupt a rather interesting conversation(some topics need to be left at home is all I'm saying),second time I was given the worst attitude possible and had a young lady roll her eyes when trying to order so our family left. Such a shame,we had high hopes for this store being closer but we'll go back to your Granville store where the staff are respectful and dont look like they dread talking...

I mostly come to this El-Jannah in Chester hill. The are nice to me when I go to get my food and their chips are amazing! 10/10 for the chips! Their chicken is great as well, along with their other foods.

The management skills here are a nice vibe and the vibes here definitely give me something to feel good and enjoyable about!

As I already said, food is great/10/10! But they add extra chicken salt, but I did once ask for extra chicken salt and they did not do that. Instead they added a little bit. But they give you a little container with their chicken salt in it that you can take to adjust it to your max.
