What an experience this turned out to be at Moorebank. Firstly, menu isn’t what they have on Insta. So we couldn’t get what we went there for. Great start. Second, the music is so load they can’t hear what you’re saying so you need to repeat your order 3 times and literally scream. Makes sense not to turn the music down a touch. Third, no cutlery or napkins provided. They took a leaf out of the Maccas handbook. Everyone was going back asking for some. Fourth, their mates are all hanging around the tables chilling out, smoking and chatting. Fine. But there’s nowhere for the patrons who purchased food to sit and eat. Now, we went there for the food, not to have a sook. As the El Bandido and Blue Streak weren’t available we got the Pretty boy floyd, cheezy, cheesy fries and chicken tenders. Burgers were decent, on the smaller side but juicy, nice flavour and sauces. 7/10. Tenders tasted like they were microwaved. No seasoning, no crunch, bland. 4/10. Cheesy fries tasted very strange with a whitish cheese sauce, not your usual yellow cheesy sauce. Had an odd bitter flavour. 4/10. Not the best experience or atmosphere. We had high hopes that were quickly diminished.

It is my first time trying Burger Heist after hearing of must try it. I ask you to read through to reality of what you call healthy and tasty of the quality of food. Based on buying acceptable of ingredients to make your own tasty burger with no regrets are: Burger Sauce Aioli $4.50 Onion 1kg $3.60 Sliced Beetroot 825g $3.80 Lettuce $3.90 Pickles 700g $3.90 Burger Buns BBQ Bread Rolls Bakery 12 pack $10 Beef patties 1kg $18 You are able to feed 12 people with the best welcoming burgers ever for just the price of $47 -$50 On the other hand, Burger Heist burgers are priced from $17-$22. Burger Heist and Mcdonald's burgers have one thing in common, they both serve poor quality of food. Burger Heist’s Sauce, Onion, Lettuce and Beef patties were not very inviting to think of ever coming back again. My rating of one star is for the hot chips. I spent over $100 for 4 burgers and 3 hot chips. Burger Heist their food wrapping presentation is appealing but their quality of Food Lake of satisfaction, quality and disappointing. I hope they will improve to win the public.

Nothing but good words to share, I was immediately intrigued by the uniqueness of the shop, in regards to the name and their menu items. More on their menu items, fantastic burgers, I’ve already had three in just two days and I’ll definitely be going back soon. The packaging deserves its own shoutout, with secure bags, chip and burger packets, not to mention their sleek design with clever touches in reference to the name of the joint. Must try for all nearby Chester hill, and definitely worth the drive if you’re further down.

Burger Heist isn’t just a name — it’s a whole vibe. Born from the idea that great burgers are worth pulling a heist for, we’ve built a brand around bold flavor, high quality, and an experience that goes beyond your average takeaway joint.

At Burger Heist, everything starts with the food. Our burgers are made with premium, halal-certified meats, soft buttery brioche buns, and fresh toppings that are hand-picked daily. Each patty is grilled to perfection, bursting with flavor, and layered with house-made sauces you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re craving a juicy beef classic, a spicy fried chicken stack, or a fully loaded plant-based option, we’ve got something that hits every time.

But we’re not just about what’s on the plate. From the moment you walk in, you feel the difference. Our setup blends street-style design with a touch of rebellion—graffiti walls, dim lighting, and a soundtrack that makes you want to stay. It’s the kind of place where you hang out, not just grab and go.

We also believe in doing things right. We’re local, we support our community, and we’re always bringing out limited-edition drops that keep the menu exciting. Every burger feels like a score — a win you didn’t even know you needed.

So why Burger Heist? Because it’s more than food. It’s flavor, fun, and a little bit of attitude. It’s where cravings get satisfied, and every bite feels like you just got away with...

I got an OKC and tried a Pretty boy Floyd. I loved the flavour and the texture was amazing. A few hours later I was super parched because of the sheer amount of salt that must be in the OKC. I love smashed burgers, and I would definitely recommend Burger Heist, but be prepared for the salt hit if you get the OKC. Grab a PBF instead. The shoestring fries were super disappointing, I feel like they were slightly undercooked, as the inside wasn't very fluffy. I'll skip the fries when I go next time. Some reviews complain about the burger size, but it's easily the same, if not more than you'd get from other burger places. So a moot point for me, the OKC is a lot of food, trust me.

We dinned in, but I wouldn't recommend doing so. The traffic noise outside is really bad. The food is scorching hot when you get it, so it would probably still be warm when you get home.

$15 for a PBF is definitely worth it; any burger you get from Burger Heist is going to blow a competitor out of the water. Is it perfect? No, stick with the burgers.

I'll be going again to try something else in future. Highly recommended if you're...
