The worst most unorganised disgraceful service I have even come across. ORDER NO:16. We phoned and ordered 2 takeaway Ramadan dinners and informed you that we'll pick up at 6:20 pm MAX. Mind you we were hosting people that are fasting. We came early at 5:50 pm (because we were told by many people that this restaurant will make you wait). Nonetheless, we took the necessary precaution and arrived 30 minutes earlier (5:50 pm), paid, and let the store know that we are here to give you a heads-up though we were happy to wait till 6:20 pm.... It passed 6:25, 6:30, 6:35 and 6:40 pm. Other take away orders and numbers AFTER ours were being given and still nothing for us (a relatively small order that they could've provided and had us walk out). We asked several times throughout this time but the workers seemed clueless and when I got fed up and asked for the money back one of the workers was apprehensive. After an unnecessary argument, money was given back, and our guests ended up with no food until we sorted a quick meal from somewhere else and broke their fast 30 minutes afterwards. If this was done to me personally then half a problem, but we were so embarrassed infront of our guests!!!! Will never step foot in this...

This establishment always surprises you with their quality of food and their prices. I have ordered from this place on and off for the last few years but the food always has been on and off disappointing. Most of the times the food is over cooked, under or dry. The last I have eaten was the Crispy chicken burger on the 24th of May 2023. It was two pieces of crispy chicken, like the tender chicken pieces you buy from KFC. They were dry and the topping of the burger was too much of mayonnaise that made it soggy that the burger fell apart. And it had lettuce that looked more like coleslaw than lettuce and the tomato was very soggy too. This place needs to really improve to win the satisfaction of their customers to come back. They have to balance the amount of their toppings on their food so it doesn't turn soggy or over cook their food. This type of disappointments can push people to be more satisficed with making a simple Sandwich at their homes than waste money on uneatable food. We like to eat food to enjoy the freshness, taste, flavor and knowing it benefits...

Quality food and fast service at reasonable price, doesn't get much better than this. Here's our takeaway enough to feed two: a dozen falafel with pickles and sauce all for $9. Add a salad and some bread you have a complete meal!

Only criticism is it's all very salty could just our personal preference. From salad, meat, pickles to rice, but dips ain't too bad. That's why I prefer to takeaway and make a salt free salad to go with it.

Mix plate is another one of our favorite. If you like chai (tea), the middle eastern sweetened tea (unsure of actual name) is a must try, it's very aromatic and delicious. We were given a free cup each on our first visit 5yrs ago and have been hooked since.
