Great butcher. These guys make their own sausages which are amazing! Highly recommend the locally made chorizo with bug chunks of pork inside - the best I have found in australia so far! Ans believe me I am a foodie and have travelled almost everywhere searching for good food!

Also tried their bratwurst sausages and these are good! Would recommend.

However the chorizo is the best - literally the best! Not too fatty, bbqs Really well, keeps well frozen at home as well and is great for the cast iron pan too.

Great service and Tom is there quite often so nice to have a chat with the owner.

Absolutely the best meat in Rouse Hill and adjoining suburbs. We have been shopping at Tom's for years and the quality has never dropped. Good prices too.
