Hi, just wanted to share my experience with the rouse hill team. We ordered pizza awhile ago (roughly 40 days ago) for delivery it took a very long time to get delivered which you can forgive on busy nights we understand how it is (although seems to be a frequent experience and they aren't ever busy when you go to the store). But after waiting so long we got the pizza one had incorrect toppings and the other one had long black hair melted into the cheese. When we tried to call the store we couldn't get through and got put through to the main hotline and the operator couldn't even get through and said he'd leave our number to get a call back. Of course we didn't get called back so we kept calling the store to finally get through at this point it was really late at night and we just decided to eat the one with incorrect toppings and we had to throw the other pizza with the hair out. So we get through and because it was so late we didn't want to wait for them to send more pizza so they offered us a voucher over the phone. Which we accepted and we asked how we would access this voucher and the worker said just write down this code to use next time. Today we went to use it and the staff advised us that we had to use it within 30 days which is fine if we had been told over the phone that this was the policy. We had no idea and we were so turned off by our experience we haven't ordered for a while. The staff promised a manager would call to see if we could still use the voucher. No such call occured. It's really annoying to not be told about the policy surrounding the voucher considering we weren't keen to order again but we accepted the solution provided and now we can't use the solution because it expired. We asked for a refund that night it happened but the voucher was the only offer which again is fine. Just would have been benefited from knowing that there were conditions surrounding this solution to the horrible pizza we received. As a result of this experience on both occasions with the store we will not be ordering from pizza hut rouse hill again and we will not encourage others to either. Read moreToday I ordered 3 take away pizzas n 3 sides and I have to say TERRIBLE!!! From me walking in to pick up the order till my leaving experience. So I walked in n I was so happy n said HELLO to a dead beat. The girl that wasn’t even at the counter n I had to ring the bell for service and when she walked out I said HELLO no greeting from her part was received. Then because I ordered sauces n garlic bread as well I asked if she could give me a bag, no response n all she did was grabbed the sauces n chucked them in with the garlic bread! I just looked at her and thought how rude. No farewell given n I just left! When I got home the 3 pizzas were dried, no sauce n all the toppings were disgusting!!! I took some pics but it doesn’t really make any judgement on how disgusting everything was. Never again.. I was craving the stuffed crust pizza so much n I did not enjoy any of it. The only good thing about this whole order was the garlic bread. It will be nice if they could redeem themselves and maybe get staff that actually are happy to work there n not look miserable n be rude to customers!! Also contacted the “CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE” as advised on the above response but no one knew what the hell was going on. Apparently they can’t see the reviews. Then the person that answered the phone (Angel) I think he said, asked me why I was calling and what I wanted to happen!!! I was that angry by that moment that I asked for a REFUND! So he said I’ll have to transfer you to the store. Then a girl answered the phone with HELLO, no manners whatsoever n I just said to her can I speak to a manger in which replied by saying yes that’s me with a different tonne of voice. I had to explained everything again as she had no idea about the review n after I spent time telling her, she’s like I’ll get the store manager to give you a call. Then I said didn’t you say you were the manager n SILENCE!!! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the delightful smell of fresh pizza in the air. The menu offered a vast array of options, but I decided to stick with the classic favorites, and I was not disappointed. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crisp, and the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously spread across each slice. It truly felt like a taste of pizza perfection.

So, in a bold move, I decided to break into the kitchen and cook the food myself. Of course, I’m joking (sort of), but the pizza was so good that it made me want to be a part of the cooking process!
I have to say, the staff at Pizza Hut Rouse Hill are absolute professionals. They create an atmosphere where the food speaks for itself, but they’re also friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. They must really know what they’re doing in the kitchen, and it's evident in the consistency and quality of the food. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a comforting meal with exceptional flavors, this Pizza Hut location definitely delivers.
In conclusion, my visit to Pizza Hut Rouse Hill was a memorable one, not only because of the delicious food but also because it left me with a newfound appreciation for their pizza-making skills.
