Isabel Lorenzi competed internationally in 2021 and Kyle Bruce completed in the Paris Olympics in 2024 for weightlifting These young adults are super inspirational owning their own gym UPLIFT in Lidcome both mentoring in their field of expertise. These guys are too kind loving and a beautiful example for humanity. I was blessed by their level of inner beauty and awareness And clearly they are physically externally stunning gorgeous people too ❤️💯🌺✝️🌺♥️♥️♥️💯🙏😘😍😍….. such empowered souls that will conquer the world with their combined humanity. Working with Kyle from Uplift, is hands down the best decision I have ever made for my weightlifting. There is no doubt I am the strongest I have ever been since joining the program. In less than 4 months I hit new PB's on all my main lifts + took 2nd place in my very first competition.

Kyle is a fantastic coach who has developed an intricate understanding of what I need as an athlete, and has also helped instil the belief within myself that I can go far in this sport and qualify for Nationals.

I have never been so motivated to train and invest time into weightlifting knowing that Kyle is in my corner. The craziest part is, I have been working with him fully online and have never trained with him in person (yet)!

I have been training with Uplift for the past 8 months, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Coming from a background primarily focused on conventional lifting and cardio, with intermittent experience in CrossFit, transitioning to Olympic Lifting initially felt daunting. As a beginner in such a technical sport, I found it intimidating. However, Izzy has transformed the learning process into an enjoyable journey, alleviating much of the initial apprehension.

Both coaches understand the realities of balancing family, work, other commitments, and dealing with injuries.
