Who doesn’t love korean pocha food ☺️🫶🏼 It’s the perfect snack to have while catching up with friends with some spicy korean kicks. We checked out this place over the weekend and BOYY it was not a miss 😫
The ox tendon salad is just beautifully amazing. Ngl it was a bit steep at $35 but i say it’s well worth it. It’s generously packed with fat, juicy and chewy tendon pieces 😍 dw about those acai saying they got unbeatable texture cos THIS IS DA REAL DEAL 😝 covered in a tangy korean style salad dressing. It was absolutely crack and i am definitely devouring it again 🥵
The backbone soup is a classic and ofc we had to try it here. The flavours were not as prominent as places we’ve had it before as the perilla taste was VERY overpowering BUT the meat was a GODSEND 😳🙏 We were sitting there sucking them bones in and out CLEAN 😂😭 That cartilage is just too good 🤩
We are definitely returning oh and it’s always a good sign when everyone is Korean dining inside 😂😂 I will mention that they forgot one of our dishes and upon asking told us it will be an additional 20 mins wait! 🥶 We didn’t have time for that so next time we getting the giblets fosho.

Read moreTerrible management and service here,
The food (keep in mind it's a raw dish that customers need to then wait to cook themselves) came out 40+ minutes late.
We then had to cook it for another 30 minutes resulting in us having to wait approximately 70+ minutes to even start eating.
Upon looking at the other 1 star reviews here, this looks like an issue that happens often.
The food quality/taste ended up being bad and we ended up leaving more than 75% of the food that we ordered.
Instead of coming out to take responsibility, the owner decided to let the poor waiter take the blame and stayed in the kitchen instead of responsibly apologising for the terrible service.
The lighting was also very bad and when we are meant to cook our own dish consisting of raw pork, quite a dangerous combination to push onto your customers.
Would never go back, it's not what it used to be and bad management practices have...

One of my go to places for fried chicken and is different to your usual fried chicken (e.g. Red Pepper, Gokgo, Chicken V). I personally love the crispy breading, the honey and soy flavour, how big and juicy the pieces are, and most importantly, how consistent it is every time I come.
Also a big fan of their fried dumplings and the mountain of steamed beef brisket/shank and vegetables.
Customer service is also exceptional and Debbie treated us with great hospitality as though we're in Korea.
Looking forward to going back to try their new menu.
Can get busy on Fridays to Sunday evenings so recommend going on a weekday night.
Hope you'll love this place as much as my friends and their 2 yo child...
