A great variety of handmade crafts, food/beverage, beauty products and bric-a-brac available from the multitude of stalls that were there on my recent visit.
A nice layout makes it easy to make your way around the area.
All the stall owners were friendly and helpful making the visit fun and pleasant.
Existing public toilets are located at the end of the market which is nice and convenient.
There is plenty of free (but timed) Street parking in close proximity as well as a paid parking area. Parking is easiest early as it fills up quickly and becomes a challenge later on (especially on hot days ideal for visits to the beach).
Access is easy for the mobility restricted, wheelchairs and Prams with the freedom of plenty of flat space to move around.
A couple of minor suggestions for improvement would be for some additional seating near food stalls and a few more...
