Okay but odd Shopping Center.
Woolworths is a prominent supermarket chain in Australia, offering a wide range of groceries, household items, and more. My experiences with Woolworths have generally been positive, with some notable highlights and minor drawbacks.
First, the positives. Woolworths boasts a well-organized and clean store layout, making it easy to navigate. The variety and quality of products, especially in the fresh produce section, are commendable. They also offer a range of house-brand products that are often more affordable than name brands without compromising on quality. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Woolworths' commitment to sustainability and reducing plastic waste is also a noteworthy aspect. They have taken steps to reduce single-use plastics and promote reusable options, which is a responsible move for the environment.
However, there are some downsides to consider. Prices can be on the higher side compared to other supermarkets, which may not suit budget-conscious shoppers. Occasionally, the checkout lines can be long during peak hours, leading to longer wait times.
In summary, Woolworths is a reputable supermarket chain that offers a pleasant and well-rounded shopping experience. While it may not always be the most budget-friendly option, its quality, sustainability initiatives, and customer service make it a solid choice for everyday...
Read moreAround 5.50pm on 21/04/2025, I purchased a big bag of pot mix. I didn’t use the trolley at the beginning so when I finalised the payment and went out to store, I grabbed one of shopping trolley near checkout kiosk to make it easier for us to bring pot mix to our car (as 10-20kg) but the young male standing at checkout and mature man with glasses stopped us and tell us that we cannot use that shopping trolley due to they said they need the trolley to block their checkout aisle later. I told them if they need it, they need to take other trolley later. But they was so rude to me and tell me I have to come back to front of store to grab other trolley. The purpose of shopping trolley is for customer, right? Now what I see is you not putting customers first. Specifically young male like a kid also using high tone voice like yelling us. Definitely horrible customer...
Read moreI have done my online shopping using the woolworths app, and found some online specials that are not available in store. I always forget to get something then I go there, and by using the app I don’t forget, as you can create a list of items that you always buy and it also shows buying history. I have ordered and paid for the goods, then picked it up at the back of the store, where they have a brand new online shopping dock, where you can pick up your goods when you want, as you can choose pick up time when you place your order. I chose to pickup my order at the end of my work day and it was so quick. It took me under 15minutes! No waiting at checkouts, no picking up tempting items, and the items picked by Woolies are with good expiry dates. Why not try it yourself? Don’t drive? Then have the goods delivered to you, they...
