Subway — Restaurant in Western Australia

We have ordered here a lot, mostly off uber or doordash but when ever we get food from them it's always great, most times there are 0 issue. Staff are always friendly when we're there or on the phone; for example tonight my partner ordered online. I called up and asked for a bunch of pickles due to it being a really rough week and they happily gave my partner a nice amount of pickles on the side.

We didn't get tho cookies we ordered for this night, but we did get enough of my partners favourite pickles to fill the gap of a few cookies so more than happy either way!

Cant get a menulog order right and then when I call up the first time they said they would remake the order so after 1 hour later I call back again and tell them font worry about it as an hour is a ridiculous amount of time to wait the girl on the phone had this no care at all attitude. Get someone to answer your phone that had some care factor at least. I usually use this subway two to three times a week. Well not any longer. This store offers the best of subway experience one could expect, especially in the world of staff shortages. Be it promptness, friendliness, cleanliness, product knowledge, professionalism. It’s the overall vibe, I just love spending my lunch money there, multiple times a week. Only feedback I can provide is about tissues which will be great if team can hand 1-2 out with the food.
