We have ordered here a lot, mostly off uber or doordash but when ever we get food from them it's always great, most times there are 0 issue. Staff are always friendly when we're there or on the phone; for example tonight my partner ordered online. I called up and asked for a bunch of pickles due to it being a really rough week and they happily gave my partner a nice amount of pickles on the side.
We didn't get tho cookies we ordered for this night, but we did get enough of my partners favourite pickles to fill the gap of a few cookies so more than happy either way!
