United In Cycling — Local services in Vienna

The customers service in person was excellent. However, I was very disappointed when it took three weeks to get my son's bike assembled and I had to go stand there for it to be done. After the order, I was told it takes a week and should I not hear from them, get in touch, I did and was told the following week, I waited and got in touch again and was told, it will be ready on Tuesday of the following week, that's the start already of the third week. When I got in touch, I was told it will be ready on Friday in the afternoon and if not, definitely on Saturday, that's yesterday. I went yesterday and the question was, did you get a pick-up SMS, said no but an email that should definitely be ready today, they quickly assembled...

We bought 2 kids' bicycles and had a fantastic experience. First spoke via email and phone, and after arriving in person today we left with the bikes within less than an hour. Price is actually better than buying online directly from the manufacturer, as it includes excellent customer service, both consultation and assembly, test driving, free coffee - and even a maintenance check at the workshop within the first month from buying. Everyone was super helpful and friendly to adults and kids, and spoke excellent English. Toilets were very clean and child-friendly....

Durch eine Empfehlung bin ich auf "United in Cycling" gestoßen. Ich habe nach dem perfekten Klapprad für mich und meine Bedürfnisse gesucht. Die Beratung und Herzlichkeit der Beratung war top und ich habe mich äußerst aufgehoben gefühlt. Nach 1,5h Beratung, Probefahrt, Einschulung in das Rad (Tern BYB S11), Förderung, etc. war der Prozess abgeschlossen und ich bin happy wieder in die Steiermark gefahren. Auch mit einer Unstimmigkeit am nächsten Tag, die hauptsächlich aufgrund meiner Angst doch das falsche Bike gekauft zu haben, wurde höchst professionell umgegangen und konstruktiv behandelt. Was ich abseits der Bewertung des Shops hinzufügen möchte, ist, dass es Sinn macht sich vorher selbst in die Thematik einzulesen und nicht im Nachhinein Stimmen (und dem Internet) mehr glauben zu schenken, als den Fachleuten von "United in Cycling". Jacques war meine Hauptansprechperson vor Ort und auch mit einem der Gründer Patrick bin ich ins Gespräch gekommen. Ich bin selber selbstständig und lege großen Wert auf (Unternehmens-)Kultur. Diese wird bei "United in Cycling" sichtlich groß geschrieben.
