PingPong Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Vienna

We've been going to Ping Pong at least once a month since it's opened and also take advantage of their lunch menu offer (mostly as delivery) on a regular basis. It has definitely become our favourite restaurant in the neighbourhood! The quality of the food is high and I am a huge fan of the presentation of their dishes. It has a certain elegance to it, which one wouldn't necessarily expect looking at the reasonable prices. The dish sizes are also very good (most of the time I am not able to finish it all) and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Admittedly, it is not the place to go to for a quick lunch during the week because they are very busy, so you are probably not going to be done in an hour (I would suggest to order for pick-up or delivery at lunchtime, that has always worked very well for us so far). I have to give them 5 stars for the taste of the food and also for the service. I was with my wife and daughter, and i really liked how the waitress behave with us, also she bring a small dish for my daughter (without asking). Very friendly and always smiling. My family and i felt great there. About the food - its a lot. I suggest to go there empty stomach if you want to eat all :)). And the price is very good aswell. Great food, a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The kitchen is open and provides extra atmosphere which is very nice. However, ordering between dishes takes a lot of time. Take away customers receive a lot of time and attention, while customers have been waiting at the tables for a longer time. The bar area seems quite chaotic, some staff members are on their phone or laptop and hang against the bar. Appears a bit unprofessional.
