Pathetic place where the owner must be so greedy that you can not try more then one taste before buying ice cream , even if you are buying several balls of ice cream. And I am regular costumer. I wanted to buy 3 ice creams balls. So I asked to try one ice cream - it is like 1 gr of it - tiny drop on the end of the spoon. I liked the taste so I took it , then for a second ball I chose other taste that I knew I like. And for the third taste I was hesitating, so I asked to try another Ice cream , and they told me I can not, because you can try only one time… even if you buy a lot of balls… it is not the first time they do it with me and also I heard they say it to other people. And sometimes I came with a box to buy like a kilo of ice cream. Then of course I want to be sure that I like the taste, especially if it is not cheap. Shame on the owner, he is so greedy for few grams of ice cream for a good service. Too sad it is the closer ice cream place around my place. For sure not the best place to get a...

Avoid! Laziest and least nice service in the whole area. I have been there three times and I have been disappointed each time. Their ice cream is neither good nor bad, but their behavior and service is absolutely diabolical. They give you the feeling of being a nuisance. Tonight we waited for the owner to stop small talk with his friend and to serve us for over 5 minutes, before we finally gave up and left the place. There are far better ice cream places in the city....

J'y vais car c'est à côté de chez moi Ce n'est pas l'espace le plus accueillant mais souvent, je passe au-dessus car l'horeca c'est de plus en plus dur puis nous sommes humain.e.s. Hier, cependant, alors que le monsieur me connaît, j'arrive, salue et demande si c'est encore ouvert. Je regarde pour choisir mon parfum et attends qu'il finisse sa tâche pour prendre ma commande. Deux hommes blancs arrivent derrière moi. Voilà-t-il pas qu'ils sont prêts à être servis comme si je n'existais pas. Heureusement l'un d'eux a été honnête et courtois, faisant remarquer que j'étais avant. "Faut pas voir le mal partout" mais cet incident couplé à la constante mauvaise humeur du gars (une fois je me suis fait expliquer en long et en large que si je voulais une cuillère en plus du cornet, ça ne serait pas possible car ça coûte cher), par les temps qui courent, on se pose des questions. Je n'y retournerai plus. Si l'argent n'a ni odeur ni couleurs, tout client qui vient acheter et faire vivre le commerce mérite d'être traité aussi bien que les autres. Sinon, n'ouvrez pas de commerce ou assurez-vous de ne servir que des gens qui vous ressemblent et ne vous agacent pas. Tout le monde a son lot et mérite la tranquillité puis à 3 euros la boule, faut être un peu à la hauteur: ça reste de la vente, on vient...
