A social media product . I m well willing to pay 12 euros for a kebab even if it 's a strange revisitation of a Berliner kebab but: chicken (why?) .poor meat quality , quite dry and had that typical white foamy collagen that comes out from large-distribuition-factories meat when you cook it. And ,the spices come from a cheap supermarket (yes , spice quality is important).

Onions. They were good. But red pickles are made with red onions,otherwise they are pale.

halloumi. Great , well cooked and good taste .

veggies. A disgrace. Apparently you don't know how to cook an aubergine? Season a salade? Cut and marinate a cucumber ?. A sad view . Even if it's a snack, take care of your veggies guys.

-bread. Personal taste ? Well I don t like a brioche with a marinated chicken and feta cheese, but I can understand some people liking it. It s a flour pillow. With no taste. Really not important if it s made by Renard or Ladurée if it's bland.

packaging . That' s the best thing about the place. Branding is really cool , nice napkins and placemats (wow) .Ambiance trés a la mode that makes people come to the door like grasshoppers ,kudos to social media manager and marketing campaign.

Not the worst kebab in my life. But there s plenty of Anderlecht and Molenbeek kebab shops with some great chefs that could and would definitely learn you guys a few tricks . For half the price . And being less pretentious. But hey, you're in...

I had high expectations for this place. The reviews are good and their branding even better. Going with high expectations can of course always be a curse and this place sadly didn’t live up to its reputation.

First off, the most important: the food. We had two chicken kebabs and one chicken plate. In general I liked my kebab. It was filling and ingredients seemed fresh. The bread and sauce was the best part. I was however more lucky than my friend who found several bigger pieces of bone in her kebab and barely got any sauce.

It is clear that different people make the food and that they lack a standard for how to both present and assemble their dishes.

The biggest problem with this place is however the service. The girls behind the counter are both rude and unpleasant. They seem rather annoyed that you want to order food and were too busy with taking pictures of each other then to say goodbye when we left.

Interior is cool, clean and trendy. Plus for that!

Overall I would say that the food is decent and that the place itself is nice, but the service definitely is on the more unfriendly side (even for being Brussels). I recommend to...

Let's be honest, kebab in Brussels is generally not good. So, when I heard a different kind of kebab place was being opened in Brussels, I had to try it. They sell it as high-end Berlin-like Gemüsekebab, it's pricy - contrary to Germany - and indeed it's a different experience. However, it doesn't live up to expectations despite the nice atmosphere and aesthetics: the bread itself is very good, but the rest including sauce, meat and fries are disappointing. Truth is, nine times out of ten I would still go to a less authentic Brussels kebab stand than here, because the concept of gourmet kebab does not resonate with the purpose of kebab itself: filling your belly fast and cheap with its unforgettable taste. On the plus side, service was kind (but so it is elsewhere) and they gave us a cute sticker. The search for an authentic Döner experience in Brussels still continues, I will stick to pitta or poulet maison in...

We had ordered one chicken kebab, one chicken platter, one portion of french fries (for the two of us), halloumi as a side dish and a couple of sauces. The halloumi and the french fries were delicious, we liked the sauces too. The portions were big and the chicken kebab and platter definitely had enough chicken. Why only 3 stars then? Well, this could very easily have been 5 stars indeed, but... when ordering I explicitly ordered the chicken kebab without anything spicy as I don't eat spicy. The girl said they don't put anything spicy and I was happy. Surprise, surprise - the chicken kebab was spicy, my mouth is still burning, blah!!!

En compagnie d'une amie allemande -ou devrais je plutôt dire d'une experte berlinoise - pourvue d'une sagacité et d'une verve humoristique aussi piquantes que remarquables (nonobstant son penchant malheureux pour la téléréalité de mauvais goût), nous avons entrepris une incursion gourmande dans les dédales du Kebab Paname, établissement dont j'avais eu l'occasion de fouler le seuil à diverses reprises. En ce retour tant attendu, le Döner Kebab Berliner du Panama s'est révélé être un véritable film gastronomique, une œuvre culinaire à part entière. Les protagonistes que sont la viande, la salade, la tomate, l'oignon, et le chou rouge ont joué leurs rôles avec une intensité digne des stars des plus grands écrans. La feta, en actrice de soutien, a apporté une note de sophistication qui a ébloui le palais, tandis que les sauces maison ont scintillé comme des dialogues bien écrits. Les frites, dans leur rôle secondaire, ont ajouté une dimension croquante à cette production gustative, leur cuisson méticuleuse préservant l'essence même du spectacle sans être noyées dans une huile animale excessive, caractérisant hélas un nombre oh combien trop important de frites belges. Ainsi, cette expérience, partagée avec une amie berlinoise émérite, s'est transformée en un véritable blockbuster culinaire, un moment exquis gravé dans ma mémoire gustative comme une scène mémorable d'un film que l'on chérit longtemps après le générique de fin. Il y a cependant un Aber, car tout comme chaque film, chaque expérience gustative expose son lot de critiques auquel elle ne peut échapper. Und es erscheint mir angebracht, die Sprache von Goethe zu verwenden, um meine Kritik zu äußern. Der Preis für die Erfahrung übermäßig hoch : 33 euros für zwei Döner und zwei Pommes. Es besteht tatsächlich keine Möglichkeit, ein Menü zu bestellen, das den hohen und wenig erschwinglichen Preis mildern könnte. Ein Döner sollte grundsätzlich erschwinglich sein und dies ist leider nicht der Fall im Panam Kebab. Im Bezug auf den Döner : Das Brot, zwar von hoher Qualität, hätte stärker getoastet werden können und an Härte gewinnen können. Es bestand auch keine Möglichkeit, Ayran zu bestellen. Zum Schluss war es ziemlich kalt in der Einrichtung aber die kulinarische Erfahrung und die sehr interessanten Unterhaltungen haben diesen Aspekt kompensiert.
