No credit/debit cards accepted (very typical for a place run by Italians), the arrangement of seating is crappy and cramped (design of chairs makes things at your table and around it uncomfortable), and the place is not taken care of properly. The most unappealing experience was the lack of proper access to the bathroom: it is somewhere behind the scene, and when there is a performance, one has to go through the scene to reach the bathroom; so that the entire public is watching you how you scramble through. In my particular case, I had no choice but to leave the place. Finally, unorganized waiters running...

Arrogant owner, very bad person ! Once u get inside he says 5euros, anything you ask about the jam session or the food he says '5euros ti get in' even though it is NOT writer anywhere ! He is very rude and at the end he insulted us saying he didnt want italiana like us in there, even though he is italian. Dont recommend for that kind of attitude and for the 5 Eurostat u have to pay that are not pubblicly asked which means, he doesnt pay taxes on that because he doesn't give receipts nor tickets for those who pay the fee ..! It was a fast but a really bad experience. Don't go there if you want to be'...

Kind of chabby chic casual vibe, but crowd is very very old and they massively oversold the venue - too many tickets sold for too few seats and wouldnt let us exchange for another night. People like it because it’s cheap, but it’s super badly managed! Literally this is my ‘view’ of the stage

Update in response to managers reply: we arrived 10 mins early and there were already no seats. There was also no indication that we should be more than 10 mins early anywhere. Moreover, you should just NOT oversell the venue. And no one was dancing, as you can clearly...
