Extremely slow and undisciplined staff, I try to really go to the other shops around. This shop always leaves me frustrated. I explain myself further: Everytime I encounter the same problems, prices that are to be seen nowhere or the products put at the wrong place under another price, staff that is not organised at the counters, they open and close the self-service constantly for no reason, in a matter of 15 minutes they open and closed the self service 2 times and every time they do that they also change the staff behind the counter. The two last times I went they changed their staff behind the counter when the line is long. Politeness is also on the limit, no hello, no bye, just constant confusion between the staff, pure chaos, it's like nobody knows what to do... I would like to share my terrible experience today at this supermarket with it's tremendously rude staff. They have an extremely terrible rude private security guy that was there this afternoon. He treated me and my partner very badly and even laughing at my partner that didn't agree with his orders and that wouldn't speak French very fluent! Even the cashiers would give laugh at the rudeness of this guy! I am not going back and I will personally not recommend this supermarket to my friends and colleagues, a pity, I use to buy a lot there! It's amazing the amount of incompetent people that are facing the public. There is another comment about this guy of last week.
