The service is horrible. They are rude and always hurry you to make your order. When you have some questions about their products, they make you feel like you are wasting their time. I once stood in front waiting for the store to open because I got there early and the lady inside just looked at me in a condescending way, and when it was opening time I asked if I could enter and she told me off shouting they don’t have any fresh ingredients yet and rolled her eyes on me, as if I was supposed to have magic powers and know it up front while waiting outside. Very rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming. Too bad because their sandwiches...

Je m'y suis rendu en début d'après-midi. D'emblée, un ami me met au courant du comportement exécrable du tenancier. Au service, non pas du fromage mais des remarques odieuses, insultantes et infantilisantes à l'égard du personnel... Je n'y suis resté que 5 minutes mais elles auront été longues et suffisantes pour entrevoir l'ampleur de sa médiocrité. Son "humour" pénible et daté dissimule maladroitement une profonde estime de soi, ainsi qu'un mépris ancré pour le personnel qu'il engage. A vomir.

Il est surprenant de ne pas voir au sommet du référencement les avis critiquant son comportement.
