Excellent shopping centre. Plenty of parking on ground floor, Parking spaces clearly marked with green lights above if available. Lifts available to the shops which start one floor up. Prices are much better here than some shopping centre's. Very clean and tidy and we'll laid out. We went a Saturday, busy but you can easy get around. The food court is on the top floor. Plenty of choice but trying to get a table is a nightmare. Recommend you go early or late for lunch at the weekend. Quero relatar a experiencia extremamente humilhante que fui submetida hoje no estacionamento do shopping Metro Tatuape, após sair do cinema, junto com meu marido e filha de 5 anos, paguei meu ticket e exatos 4 min após pagar fui sair na cancela e passar barrada dizendo que estava faltando 1 real. Eu tenho todos os comprovantes na mão, com horário e discriminação de tempo que fiquei no estacionamento e mesmo assim o funcionário que esta na cancela não me deixou passar dizendo que não tinha autonomia para liberar. O mesmo tentou ligar para o responsável inúmeras vezes, que não atendida pelo radio, e somente após ligar para a policia por estar sendo mantida presa dentro de um estabelecimento sem ter feito absurdo nada de errado, sem estar devendo nada a ninguém apareceu um funcionário que conferiu meu ticket e me liberou na cancela manualmente . Nesse intervalo de cerca 18 min fez uma fila enorme de carros, buzinando sem parar, e fiquei em uma situação de constrangimento, mesmo tendo pago tudo corretamente. Os outros carros após o meu ser liberado tbm teve o mesmo problema e teve abrir manualmente a cancela. Abri um boletim de ocorrência online contra o shopping. É um absurdo não ter um suporte 24hs para a cancela do estacionamento, e ser submetido a constrangimento e humilhação devido a uma falha do shopping.
