This location completely forgot to make a custom birthday cake ordered 2 days before for a surprise party and then the owner proceeded to make us feel like it was our fault that the cake wasn't made. We ended up having no cake for the party and all of the guests went home disappointed.
We called on Friday, August 10th to order a cake for Sunday, August 12th. They "assured" us that the cake would be ready by Sunday afternoon. We went to pick up the cake on Sunday evening, confident that the cake would be ready for the surprise party planned later that night. Once we came in, the owner struggled to find our order for a couple minutes and once he found it, proceeded to tell us that the cake wasn't made in an unapologetic manner. We got told that we could wait another hour for them to make the cake or buy a premade cake. What's the point in that? We told them that we called 2 days before to guarantee that the cake would be made and that this wasn't acceptable. The owner then started making excuses that "Oh this is the first time this has happened in 10 years" and "Everybody makes mistakes". He didn't even try to be held accountable for his mistake by giving us any compensation. We decided to leave to get another cake someplace else and no one had a custom cake on such short notice. We ended up having no party with no cake with everyone disappointed. When we walked out the door, the owner rudely yelled at us and said: "Go get a cake wherever you want".
We then proceeded to get a phone call from the manager apologizing for the cake not being made which didn't make any sense either as the main mistake was made by the owner's rude attitude to the whole ordeal. She then proceeded to give us the same excuses as the owner while teaching us to behave like adults and we just ended the call. (First, teach the owner how to behave, then teach others.)
It’s a much better idea to go someplace else to get a cake than to have to deal with the rude owner and his lack of organization. Never coming to this...

When I got to the last flavour, I decided to walk away to the cash register and not watch the young girl put the correct ice cream in the cup for me. I paid and walked away to my car. Within three minutes, I noticed she had given me the wrong ice cream flavour. The receipt says the cashier's name is Anil. When I came inside and kindly mentioned the mistake, Anil was extremely rude and disrespectful. All I asked was for her to give me the right flavour because she heard wrong and she was showing so much attitude it was utterly disgusting. I experienced the most horrible customer service. She told me that the only way I would get the right flavour was if I bought a brand-new ice cream even though I already paid and didn't open the one she made a mistake with. At every fast food place and restaurant when there is a mistake the worker finds a way to make it right. Anil kept refusing to give me the flavour I needed acting as if she was the manager. I told her this was ridiculous and to call her manager asap. And of course, the manager agreed her employee was in the wrong. The managers at this location must give their employees proper training on how to provide proper customer service and to not act rude and disrespectful to be right with attitude. As well as the fact that she isn't a manager and doesn't know everything. While my daughter and I were in the car my husband went to get ice creams for us..when my husband got back I noticed that they gave us the wrong flavour for one of the ice creams.I went back inside and waited in the line to get it exchanged and the male owner accused me of not speaking the truth. Although it wasn't even him who served my husband to begin with and magically he just knew what flavour my husband asked for. Although he was serving customers he totally started arguing with me. Th minute my husband came inside the other girl who had served my husband said "oh I'm sorry I gave u the wrong flavour". I told the owner we've been coming here for years and we go there at least twice a week but never from now on and I will make sure none of the people in my family or friends go either.
