Just stopped here for coffee and muffin this morning. Got to drive thru order speaker began to order and was interrupted if I wanted anything else and if I could repeat my order. I asked if they could be quiet and listen to me the customer when ordering as they would then hear what I wanted and wouldn’t have to ask several times to repeat my order. When I got to window to pay 3 woman gave me dirty looks like if they own the Tim Horton and I was being rude to them. I have to say that it is very rude to give customers bad attitude when it is customer who is the reason why you have a job in the first place because if no one comes here for coffee then you don’t have a job because the business isn’t making money. I ordered an iced cap with chocolate milk, response was almond milk. I repeated the drink then ordered my second drink, which was a vanilla iced latte, response was vanilla iced coffee. Again I repeated the drink again and asked for two sweeteners as well. After I pay, they ask if I don't want the vanilla in the iced latte, I respond with yes I want the vanilla as well as the sweeteners. Someone else makes my drinks and I hear the other lady tell her the iced cap is made with chocolate milk. She made it with cream. Once I got the drinks I pointed out the error.
