Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Brampton

Update August 2022

I was in the mood for some pizza. And I decided to drop in and grab a slice or two. This location always has good and friendly service. And their pizza are a notch above other brands and franchisee locations.

Happy Eats everyone. As far as fast food pizza goes, Pizza Nova is a bit above the rest like Pizza Pizza or Pizza Depot ( Which I would not feed to my dogs ... sorry but true ) etc.

I have no issues with this location at all. Whether it is for slices or for their pizza packages. I know that some have had their pizzas burned or had some bad customer service.

But I have never come across this personally. And I have been frequenting this location for about 5+ years now.

I actually decided to try this location after another location not far from here burned the bottom of my pizza... on two occasions!!!

So I am rather happy that all of my food experiences at this location had gone very well.

The older gentleman (not the chef) at the counter was rude and condescending. It was our first time at Pizza Nova and he was not very happy telling us about the pizza options. Also when we returned to get our pizza and was waiting in the front area (but on the side) another customer walked in and asked if we are in line and we said we were not and then this older gentleman said that we will pay for the new customer. We took it as a joke for sure but he didn't have to intervene in a conversation that happened between us and the new customer. When we got the pizza and was about to leave the older gentleman told us not to stand in the front waiting for the order but next time you should sit. It was never like we were standing in the front blocking anyone's way or anything. The older person could have politely asked us to take a seat but rather this guy wanted to pass unnecessary comments etc and make our first experience in pizza nova very...

have been to every corner of canada but never had such a bad experience. . . it was first time I ordered pizza from dis place nd it was delivery. . driver shows up almost 30 mins late den da scheduled delivery time nd wen he arrives I was on call with customers service inquiring bout food being late . .. as soon as I opened da door dis guy shows up with smile on face as soon as he notices me complaining bout being late takes away da food I ordered nd says fk u mother f**r common touch me im going call 911 nd soon after dis incidence again I got into touch wid costumer service but no action was taken . . .got dis whole incidence recorded in security cameras soon as I gets da file converted will upload it. . .. nd customer service just pretends to be concerned. . nd r listening to u but dey are not . . . .so guys b careful from black toyota matrix...
