I came to this store last week and asked the price of one mortars, they told me it was 10 $, but today when I came to this store to buy that mortars, he charged me 20$ !!!!!, no matter what I told him during the week. Before you gave me 10$, he didn't accept it and was looking at me and telling lies. đŸ€„ On the other hand, whenever we come here, they have the worst treatment with customers, they never say hello or salam , they answer all questions with just one sentence, no and I don't know, as if we are their enemies. Interestingly, these stores sell Muslim religious signs and symbols such as (Ù…ŰÙ…ŰŻ Ű±ŰłÙˆÙ„ Ű§Ù„Ù„Ù‡ )and (Ű§Ù„Ù„Ù‡) name, but their behavior is not like a real Muslim and they cheat on their customers. I am really sorry for you for doing these things in the name of Islam and being a Muslim

I bought a jar of green olives from this store two days ago. Although the date on the jar looked fine, when I opened it at home, it smelled terrible and the olives were visibly moldy. I went back to the store to return it. The manager said he had to call the owner, and after that, they simply claimed “there’s nothing wrong with it.” No apology, no refund — just denial. I left the jar at the counter and told the manager, “Your trash is returned to you,” because that’s exactly what it was. The store itself has an unpleasant smell, and the way I was treated was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be going back, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Poor quality products, poor hygiene, and poor customer service.

My advice don’t go there is the eating expires food because I go for one two months I thinking they will change, but they still is the same first there they change expired date each item is expired but they change expired day. I show the proof. They say sorry and next once again the same happening. They not accepted return to. When I remove this expire stickers under there is another stickers they say is expired. The original stickers. I don’t know why they use the same technique in Canada. They do this the owner is all the time too much route like he lose something go home stay Lf you have 24 hours route when I get home I see this again so the next day I go I tell them about this. He say no we can change it.

The hygiene at this shop is far below the safety standards in Canada. I asked for chicken breast, and shockingly, it was taken from a box that wasn't in the cooler—it was just sitting on a shelf with other boxes of meat. The employees wear rubber gloves for handling meat, but the person who served me went from handling beef to chicken without changing or even rinsing the gloves. The meat is packaged in plastic bags, which are also handled with these same dirty, contaminated gloves so it all slimey. The scale is dirty from contact with all kinds of meats, and the stickers are applied without changing or removing the gloves. These contaminated bags are then handed to the cashier and placed on the counter, with no effort made to clean the counter afterward. I read other comments that also point on lack of hygiene and unhealthy practice

I come to this butcher shop from time to time because I prefer halal meat and enjoy the products from the upstairs section of the shop. I mentioned to the employee that what he did was unhealthy and could cause serious health issues, but he didn’t seem to care and completely ignored my concerns. Then I watched other employees and they handle meat in the same way. I throw the meat to garbage and...

I stopped buying meats from this place. Owner/manager has a weird way to communicate with customers. He's an ego issue or anger problem. I phone him few times before, asking If I could come get some chicken. I called around 6;15pm. He said sorry we are closed. but when I said google shows your business is open till 7pm. He said we need 30mins to clean our machines. Last year I was in his store asking the butcher to make me extra lean ground beef. He's standing in the corner commenting that I shouldn't get extra lean, some fat is better. I also heard him scolding at the workers while customers are in the store. Disrespecting employees in front of customers is evil. One day I phoned to inquire about price for beef. He goes, I don't give prices over the phone. I called the store nearby, he gave me all the prices. I've found a better shop in burnaby. Nice service, and quality meats. Just a suggestion; hire someone with better communication skills you'll get...

If it was up to me I would give zero stars today I went to this store and there were three guys saving two people in front of me and after saving the second one three of them look at me from top to bottom and says something in his language to the other two and Turn their face away and did not want to save me I had to ask two times is anyone going to save me I guess going to the store you’ll have to cover your head from a top to bottom because otherwise those people will not serve you if you are a woman and going to the store by yourself they will totally ignore you and that’s what exactly happened to me today and I told this to the owner and the owner said that I got it totally wrong and he wasn’t that far from them he could see everything and hear them And it’s a very small store I felt not wanted in the store and I’m sure not going back to the store because they have such a poor...
