For being just a community park, this is a wonderful place. Great seating. I went here Friday and spent a cold day outside with my roller-skates here and brought a big broom and swept the entire splash park to make it safe for the kids this summer. Swept for 2 hrs⊠all the pine cones, broken glass, leaves and dirt out of the entire concreted area. Iâm sure McKenzie Towne Council leaf blows the area before itâs turned on, but I thought it was a wonderful way to play in my rollerskates and give back to the community - the children, the access ramp for wheelchair use. There is obvious signage saying âno bikes, skateboards, rollerblades during summer splash park operation,â but it was March 28th, so I figured that was fine đ I had such a fun day by myself until it snowed. He loves the water and we love that it is free as sometimes moods change quickly and this way we can leave or stay as long as we like. The people there were all quite friendly and the place was clean. The park was better than average and there is a basketball hoop and bathrooms.    Read moreCame in the office season to use the park. Unfortunately, there is only one baby swing. This park really does need more swings. I have not experienced this place in the summer.
The grounds were clean. My kids did love the park. And the different way to climb up to the slides. Definitely promotes different skills on climbing, which results in confidence building.
