What a crap experience. Would have loved to have given the menu a try and enjoy the atmosphere, which to their credit is very nice, but after 30 mins of sitting with my wife watching couples sit at tables right next to us get service and drinks, and nobody talking to us what so ever, we left. Really disappointing. It was a busy night, so I understand things can take time, but a simple acknowledgment that we were there and saying you'll get to us when you can, would have solved everything, even the fact that they served two tables beside us without saying a thing to us. Really disgusted with the service, will never go again and will never recommend to anyone.

Update Very impressed with the owners quick response and for taking my complaints seriously. Everybody has bad nights and I'm open to something innocent explaining it, such as we could have been in a table between servers zones, which may have caused some confusion, and that mixed with the busy evening ended up with us being over looked or whatever the reason may have been. To the owner: yes it was November 2nd, we sat at a smaller table, on the left hand side of the restaurant when you walk in the doors, right by the railing to the upper seating area (we were the lower side of the railing by the step up area, if that makes any sense). Opposite to us was the bar seating in the middle of the room. Thank you for your very genuine seeming response. I don't think we will be back anytime soon, but I won't write it off and I won't discourage anyone from going there in the future. I have amended this review to reflect your...

Great food, elegant décor, but the customer service is poor. From the minute we sat down our waitress Tara was giving us attitude and was rude throughout our time being there. It wasn't really clear as to what was happening while we were there but the manager ended up coming to our table 5 times making remarks that made no sense at all they were all very random comments. we ended up calling it short and asked our waitress for the bill, she then came back 15 min later and asked us if we needed anything else so we reminded we asked for the bill. After that we watched her walk away from our table go to the manager and they both started pointing at us which we then realized she had been doing that the whole night with us. Another 10 minutes past before she finally brought a machine over with our receipts, we paid and the second the transaction approved she ran off. At this point we were pretty unset so my friend went off to speak with the manager. Meanwhile, I waited for her to come back and flagged her down because I always get a detailed copy of my receipt for tax purposes. I said to her "I needed a detailed copy of the receipt but you ran off" she then said in a sassy tone "OH! you needed a copy is that right" We were silent then "Don't worry I already told my manager about you guys" then left again. The manager ended up coming to our table, we told him what happened and his response was "I'm sorry, I'll check the security footage. If you come back next week we can talk about it more". after hearing that we had enough so we just left it at that and...

This is hands down my favourite neighbourhood pub. From the moment you walk in, Krista, Sean, and the entire staff make you feel right at home. They are always attentive, kind, and genuinely make you feel valued as a customer, something you do not find everywhere.

The food here is excellent across the board. Their happy hour specials are a steal, and the food specials are always worth coming back for. With two wing nights each week, you cannot go wrong. The wings are always perfectly done and priced right. Honestly, everything on the menu is solid, and it is clear they put effort into consistency and quality. They even have their own local beer, 2515, brewed just for them, which is a must try if you are a beer fan.

The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a neighbourhood pub, warm, welcoming, and lively. Saturday nights with live bands are always a highlight, and if you are into sports, the large TV screens make it a fantastic spot to catch a football game with friends.

All in all, this place strikes the perfect balance between great food, great service, and a laid back but fun vibe. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Whether you are a regular or just stopping in for the first time, you will feel...

Love that a good pub that serves quality inexpensive food is local to us, so many pubs are now overpriced even with happy hour specials. Can get pretty loud on wing nights or sports nights but that's standard for any pub. Service has been mostly fast and efficient from our experiences, sometimes the manager will even try to find you a table asap even on busy wing nights! Have tried a good variety of their foods and have really liked all of them so far. Notable mentions are their wings 40c/wing on Wed wing night, fish and chips special (tender cod cooked in a crisp light batter, with housemade coleslaw and seasoned fries!) and their mini sliders during happy hour. Really want to try their AYCE ribs on Sundays!

Great pub that has been around for years, they had some good happy hour specials at great prices. They could do better with more options for local craft beers on tap, we have some amazing options here in Calgary now but there were very little to pick from here. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I had the fish and chips which was just ok, the fish was a little greasy and the fish was very small and the fries were a little sparse. I would not order that dish again here. We also had steak bites that were perfect and the pot stickers that were ok (some were cold). Overall a good visit.

I had a fantastic experience at this pub in Calgary. The service was absolutely impeccable—the waitresses were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Their professionalism and warm attitude really made the evening enjoyable. On top of that, the food was delicious—well-prepared, flavorful, and served hot. Whether you're just stopping in for a drink or sitting down for a full meal, this place delivers on both service and quality. Highly recommended!
